Vicki studied Physiotherapy at St George’s, University of London, graduating in 2010 with a first-class BSc (Hons.) degree.  Since then she has worked in both community and acute settings within the NHS including St Georges University Hospital NHS Trust and Hounslow Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust.

Vicki works with clients both in the clinic and also within their own home, which enables accessing a persons own local amenities. Specialist skills such as when working in the community enables Vicki to empathise and understand the day to day challenges people face in their own surroundings. This ensures treatment plans are created and adapted to fit in with real life situations and leads to goals being meaningful and achievable.

Vicki has specialist skills when working with individuals, groups, family members and carers. Skills such as working in the community additionally enable Vicki to create an excellent rapport not only with her clients but also with those supporting them. As her own experience and current research evidence demonstrates, this results in more successful outcomes.

Vicki has a keen interest in Pilates, completing a number of courses via The Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates institute and continues to study in this area. She has had excellent results when applying Pilates principles to aid functional movement within neurological rehabilitation, emerging as its own specialists field.

Vicki is Bobath trained and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists. She has completed additional training courses in Saebo, Nordic Walking and Vestibular Rehabilitation.
